-- Vegetable : Contains high amount of vitamins , minerals and antioxidants to help to protect the body , against cardiovascular diseases.

- Fruit : Orange ,pomegranate,  water melon or avocado are are on the list of heart-healthy food

On the other hand , to help improve the health of the cartiovascular system, you need to be aware of your health status by regularly checking and consulting your doctor.
