Following Plan No. 61/KH-SYT dated December 12, 2024, from the Binh Duong Department of Health regarding the inspection and evaluation of hospital quality according to the Ministry of Health’s criteria, as well as a survey on patient and healthcare staff satisfaction at medical facilities in Binh Duong province, the two hospitals were honored to host the Health Department’s inspection teams.
On April 8, 2025, and April 22, 2025, Hoan Hao Di An General Hospital and Hoan Hao Thuận An General Hospital were visited by the inspection teams from the Department of Health to conduct the hospital quality review.
The inspection team 02, led by Mr. Quach Trung Nguyen – Deputy Director of the Binh Duong Department of Health, with team members, conducted the inspection and survey of Hoan Hao Di An General Hospital's activities.
Inspection team 01, led by Mr. Bui Minh Hien – Head of the Medical Professional Department at the Binh Duong Department of Health, with team members, conducted the inspection and survey of Hoan Hao Thuận An General Hospital's activities.
From the hospital side, Dr. CKI. Chau Thanh Long – Director of Hoan Hao Di An General Hospital and Dr. CKI. Duong Hoang Ha – Director of Hoan Hao Thuận An General Hospital, along with the leadership of various departments and relevant staff, worked closely with the team and engaged seriously in the discussions.
During the inspection, the team assessed the hospitals based on the quality criteria set by the Ministry of Health. The hospitals had prepared all required documentation and presented reports on their efforts to address issues from the 2023 inspection and the self-assessment results for 2024. The preparation of human resources, infrastructure, and quality management documentation was thoroughly executed, demonstrating active collaboration and a spirit of improvement.
At the conclusion of the evaluation, the head of the inspection team acknowledged and highly appreciated the hospital’s continuous innovation efforts and significant progress over time. Notably, the hospital’s quality management activities were systematically implemented and regularly maintained across the entire system. The hospital consistently applied quality improvements to enhance service quality, placing a strong focus on human resources, with experienced, competent, and dedicated medical staff at the core of patient care.
